Before you ship any product to us:
1. If you already have an account, please login to the Accounts area and create your own RMA. 2. If you do not have an account, please call us first. We have to enter complete customer, product and payment information in our system and issue you a unique invoice (RMA) number. Shipping in product without first creating an RMA will delay processing and service. 3. Attach shipping label with the complete address above on package. 4. Write the RMA Number on the package. 5. If prepayment of any fees are required, enclose them with the product. If the product is under warranty, you must include a copy of the proof-of-purchase, packing slip or invoice. With your RMA (invoice number) invoice number, you will be able to track the status of your product using the link below. |
