Intech Labs doesn't just install your commercial or home theater products and end our relationship there. We provide both on-site and in-shop service to keep your systems up and running.

We will also provide service on any product sold or installed by other companies.
 

All of our technicians are equipped with the very best test equipment. Each has a laptop for service use. Our latest purchase is Sencore's VP300 HD generator for each technician.

 

There is a large dedicated area for the servicing of front, rear or folded projection TV and video wall engines.

Input sources including RF, Composite, RGB, YPrPb, RGBHV and S-Video with NTSC, SD or HD formats.

We can actually build a 3x4 video wall in this area and control it with our own ImageStar processor.

 

 

There are 2 separately equipped service areas for audio and video products such as DVD and LaserDisc. We service players, burners and changers.

 

Because plasma and other flat panel displays can be easily damaged, special benches were designed and constructed for the safe servicing of this type of product.

 

Our computer lab is where most of our AMX and application programming is performed with a dedicated service area for video server and computer peripheral devices. Unix, Linux and NT platforms are available.

We also maintain our own LAN and Internet servers.




In Addition to our bench equipment, Intech Labs' field service technicians have at their disposal some of the most current portable diagnostic equipment currently available.

We repair 95% of all display products greater than 31" on-site. 

As a member of the National Systems Contractors Association, our design and integration projects follow guidelines that   Intech Labs has been commercially servicing DLP, LCD and Plasma display technologies since 1992. While other home theater servicers are just now learning - we already have greater than 10 years experience.

Home Theater Only

While most Home Theater service companies only provide service in a limited area, Intech Labs service area can be as much as 100 miles from our service centers. Trip Charges are based on travel time and any unusual expenses incurred outside of our normal service area. We will provide a quote for the estimated total cost of the service including travel expenses.

Manufacturer and Extended Service Plan (ESP) companies usually limit  travel coverage to 25 miles. Warranty and ESP approval must be preauthorized for any service beyond those limits.
