We know our customers are very busy and don't have time to play "telephone tag", so we have developed our own in-house software to track the past and present service of your product. You can check the service status (or email your technician directly) at any time from the internet at service.intechlabs.com. We also have an extensive (and popular) FAQ's area that can answer many of your technology or service questions. If you have a question not covered in our FAQ's, our interNETech email form sends an email to our technicians. We reply to questions from all over the world. |
| NATIONAL SERVICE CALL
DISPATCHING In addition to the traditional phone call, Intech Labs receives service requests directly from manufacturers and our website. Our dispatcher handles all inbound service requests, warm transfers and scheduling. Using our network cellular system, he contacts our Field Engineer's (FE) while the customer is on the phone, checks on parts availability and schedules accordingly. Our production manager sits next to the
dispatcher and handles all FE parts orders and fulfillment. He
knows what parts are on the trucks and in our warehouse. He can immediately
place an order and estimate time-of-delivery and pass that along to the
dispatcher. This greatly improves the one-call scheduling for the customer. |
