Intech Labs is primarily an Audio/Video electronics services company, sometimes referred to as a SERVICE INTEGRATOR.

We generally do not sell products and (in most cases) do not wish to be a dealer. We would rather work with (and support) an established dealer or Dealer Integrator. We will, of course, provide any assistance you need to select the proper equipment.
Dealers are companies that sell certain brands and categories of products. They generally do not provide and design, installation or repair services.
Dealer Integrators are companies that sell certain brands and categories of products. They generally do provide design and installation services.
While most dealers and dealer integrators do not provide warranty or out-of-warranty repair services, there are some exceptions. Some provide design, but not installation or repair. 

If you are a dealer or dealer integrator, Intech Labs will provide those services as a subcontractor that you need that you may not be able (or wish) to provide. We will supply field engineering, technical support and repair services on current and future projects throughout the US. Our rates and terms are negotiable. We are a neutral provider of services to all dealers and integrators.
 
If you are an end-user, with an existing A/V system, we can upgrade, expand and maintain your system. We are factory authorized in many brands and types of products.

If you need a new A/V system designed and installed, we would initially act as consultants to begin the design of your system. When a point is eventually reached for product decisions and estimates of cost - we would involve a dealer or integrator to complete the design and estimate. Intech Labs works with (and as a subcontractor for) many reputable and experienced architects, dealers and integrators. We would work with you to choose the best for your needs and budget. Since we don't sell products, we can ensure that any decisions you make are in your best interests.

If you already have the product (or know what you wish to buy from a dealer), we would provide project management and installation directly for you.
