Intech Labs started as a consumer electronics service company in 1981. The founding partner started as a service technician in 1972 when TV’s used tubes. In addition he has an insiders view as he served five years as a Regional Engineer and Regional Service Manager for Mitsubishi Electronics during the infancy of Big Screen Television.

We have seen and experienced the changes in audio and video technologies since the earliest beginnings of color TV to the current LCD and Plasma display products. We have been servicing Plasma, LCD and DLP display products in the commercial realm for years - long before they became available for Home Theater.

In 1991, after many manufacturers degraded the quality of their products so that they could be sold cheaper, Intech Labs became more selective with which brands we would provide service. At the same time we began to service professional and commercial products. In the years since, we have earned a national reputation for aggressive response, technical expertise, quality of service and follow-up. We are proud that several manufacturers, dealers and designers trust Intech Labs to provide service on their behalf and in some cases provide regional support in the Southwest.

In addition to the commercial products Intech Labs installs and maintains, we provide commercial grade service on the best of the Home Theater products sold today and are selective on which products and brands we service. Since the mid-1980's Intech Labs has worked with manufacturers in the Far-East to improve their products.

We don’t service just any brand of product
.

The technologies used, manufacturing quality control and service support are critical in determining which brands are selected by us to service.

It may sound arrogant, but our technical staff have installed and serviced most
brands of product over the years and we know which ones are good. If we won't
service it, in most cases, don't buy it.

Ask yourself, "When the warranty expires - am I on my own?" That's an important question for both commercial and home theater customers. If you are in doubt, call us. If we can't recommend it, we'll tell you why.
